| OK, e-mail is back up speed, almost. And my
goal is to get another six cases done for shipping by pickup time
Monday afternoon. BTW, Panaflo prices are coming down--but the P120L1A
shortage may be a real headache. GENIES are now O/S, but the new
shipment is due in on Friday 2/9 or Monday 2/12. Because configuration
and shipping is really running about one week behind, I am NOT doing
B/Os with deposit, but just taking orders to get people into the
queue. And, I am working on developing a couple of new products
that ought to excite us case geeks--but no more comment on that
now. Jim H. |

| E-mail response is sagging a bit as we push
to get the configuration and shipping caught up to three days or
so behind. Other news: It appears that there will be a shortage
of P120L1As developing in the near future, and I am working on how
to deal best with this problem. Jim H. |

| The e-mail is caught up, but the death in a
close friend's family set back configuring and shipping on Thursday
and Friday. We're working over the weekend to get caught up as far
as we can. Look for a rant in the forum column shortly--how many
of you have heard the rumors about the P4 motherboard mods revision
TWO? Supposedly due 3Q '01.... Jim H. |

| I'm too lazy to update the nav menu with the
forum,
so I'll just put it in this news bit... New site update should be
coming soon. Please voice your suggestions for the website in the
forum!

| The e-mail is all caught up, except for some
on-going discussions NOT about cases. However, we are still running
about four-five days behind in configuration and shipping--lots
of orders came in the last 36 hours. Jim H. |

| OK, the ISP is re-connected now, and I've got
all current e-mail--running about 36-48 hours behind. Jim H. |
