![]() V.5.0 APPENDIX B THE ORDERING PROCEDURE (for now) PRODUCT SELECTION. 1. Get any and all questions answered by e-mail. Remember that the only dumb question is the unasked one. Send me your ZIP / Postal Code, your phone number, and tell me whether the shipping address is residential or commercial. 2. Get an e-mail ORDER written up. I'll e-mail you back with the shipping charges, and, if everything is in order, I'll set it up as an order in this e-mail response. Then you can send in an order by snail mail or by PayPal.Com. 3. Select a payment method and send the funds. Online Credit Card Orders: Can be made from the store front. For paypal.com: send the Order Amount to jfhanson@hansonslan.org. To facilitate invoicing, COPY and PASTE the order e-mail into the PayPal comments/notes field. This gives me a direct reference to the payment and facilitates invoicing. For snail-mail: Instead of trying to fill out an attached order form, just cut & paste to a text file the order information in that last e-mail, then print it. Be sure to include your LEGAL name, the shipping address complete with ZIP / Postal Code, and your e-mail address. Make out a check or get a Money Order payable to "Program Development, Inc." for the order amount. Snail-Mail the order form and check ASAP to this new address: Program Development, Inc. attn: coolcases.com 5815 West Main St. Maple Plain, MN 55359 Be sure to e-mail me when you've mailed the check. BACKORDERS: If I have to make backorder decisions, the e-mail time and date stamp will determine order priority. And, Money Orders will go to the top of the processing list or right behind deposited checks. Should there be an add-on or other change to your order, I will probably ship that with the case to save you additional shipping costs, and I will rely on you to promptly e-mail me the balance. If there is a refund, I'll put that with the (adjusted) invoice in your case. When I first started business, I did no back orders. Now, however, it makes sense to do so IF the product is either on the way / momentarily out of stock. Thank you in advance for your order and your honesty. continue |
