If you haven't figured out the abbreviations and acronyms I use, just tell me in your own words. For example, under MODIFICATIONS, say this: "no BASIC mods, but supply me with screws and the FG so I can do my own." Or, under fans, say this: "replace the HD exhaust factory fan with a Panaflo 90 L1A fan." Or, under accessories, say "I want the casters, but I don't want the extension cables." YOU CAN ORDER A CASE ANY WAY YOU WANT, WITH OR WITHOUT A PS, WITH OR WITHOUT FANS, ACCESSORIES, or any other product. As many of you know, I have not exactly been prompt in answering e-mail. While there were unexpected problems that recently contributed to my delayed responses, the other issue is that the e-mail process is a bit lengthy for the volume of interest generated--there is a lot more interest in buying from coolcases.com than there was a year ago, but there are still only 24 hours in a day. The more complete we can be in each exchange, the quicker we can do this. PLACING THE ORDER: Once we have the quote complete, it is changed to an ORDER simply by COPYING it into a final version called an order, and appending the ordering instructions to it.
