Happy New Year, everyone.
After a chaotic eight months here, notable in the increasing distraction from business by personal issues, we're getting back on track.
Anticipate seeing at least one new case-a less expensive aluminum one--coming on line shortly, and you can look forward to new product rollouts in a number of case accessories.
The e-mail backlog should be cleaned up in the next week or so, so don't hesitate to e-mail or call if you have any questions.

We are now a database-driven site.
Although it won't appear to have changed much now, I finally have a solution for updating promptly and for putting up new products and packages.
We've shipped numerous editing workstations over the last few months. Those of you needing space with numerous harddrives and a quiet workstation setup can consider a Chenbro Doublewide (NET, ECHO, or ULTRA) with modifications for a quiet fan setup, including fan control for four zones....
NEW CHENBRO MODELs are coming this fall. I'll sample them ASAP and sort out mods for them as well.
Fri, Jul 18th 2003
On Thursday, we rolled the entire e-mail system over to the new workstation.
And, John has got at least the basic interface in place that starts making it possible to do timely updates for the site as well as move to a database-driven design. Large parts of new catalog files are being completed as well--so stay tuned.
For those of you patiently or impatiently awating e-mail responses, they should now start rolling out. The backlog in shipping is nearly done; all that is in the queue are the double-wide cases with controllers--wiring.

I really should update more, shouldn't I?
At any rate, the Chenbro order arrived late Tuesday, July 8th.
We've been busy this week processing the back orders from that AND getting out the normal incoming orders. We plan to be back up to a normal three or four-day turnaround by Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
We've also posted new packages and pricing for the JUNIOR and the GENIE, but I did not get the new detail files for them done yet. The GENIE is finally available to us at a lower cost, so the packages using that become an even better value.
I'll be doing orders and e-mails again over the weekend, so if you have a question, just e-mail.
Jim H.
Thu, Apr 17th 2003
Pricing updates (lower prices) were posted for nearly all case products in the storefront yesterday.
And, for the D8000, one selection was dropped (the factory pack with NO PS)--but prices were dropped for the D8000 factory pack with PS.
The D8000 case selection 'details' link now works--and you should get V.0.95 of the new HTML catalog pages on the D8000. Scroll down to see the tables for each package; links directly to these packages will be added soon.
Probably the biggest news, however, is the incorporation of installed fan controllers and fan wiring harnesses. As some of you who have purchased by e-mail know, we've been offering this option as we sort out the process for doing this. We've now 'finalized' our harness and detailing techniques for the D8000, and are now expanding that to include our other modified case products.
REVIEW CASES going out.... SilentPCReview.com will have a custom D8000 controller package sent to them in a few days, finally--it was held up while we located the proper fan controller to use with this package.
virtualhideout will receive TWO AMS' CF0100x cases, including a version of the CF-1009 with our dual 120 Lower Front fan configuration.

Sat, Mar 8th 2003
We've just updated the Power Supplies page and have current listings and prices there now.
As we put the D8000 listings into the storefront, we're going to start redesigning the site links. That's a polite way of saying that the typical linkages on this site are changing.
Bear with us while we get this going; it should result in much more timely updating until we get the database version built.
Jim H.
Sat, Mar 1st 2003
The Panaflo 'P90LBX' (3-wire, tac reading) fans are back in stock. Put a 60 or 80>90 fan adaptor on your heatsink and use one of these--43 cfm, 27.7 dBA.
Jim H.
Thu, Feb 27th 2003
I have just been advised by Antec-Inc., that to refer to the 'D8000' case we are selling as a "SLK-3700 clone" or any other such references constitutes trademark infringement, and that they "...demand that [coolcases.com] immediately cease infringing our name and trade names for any reason, and immediately cease using Antec product model names and numbers (such as SLK-3700) for products not manufactured or supplied by Antec."
I have just e-mailed agreeing to comply with their demand. All earlier news updates about our new 'D8000' product have been edited to remove such references.

Wed, Feb 19th 2003
The creeping crud has hit ALL of us this week--I'll be e-mailing again soon.
Jim H.
Mon, Feb 10th 2003
D8000 mods packages are sorted out, a series of fan configurations are done. we're shipping.
Most of the site photos were completed yesterday, and the pages are being built. They should be up in a few days....
For now, e-mail for details--I've got some boilerplate for D8000 configurations done, and can answer pretty promptly.
Jim H.
Sun, Jan 26th 2003
D8000s are in stock:
beige, NO PS: c/w two G120/3t-c fans, $49.00
black, NO PS: c/w two G120/3t-c fans, $52.00
mods packages are sorted out...E-mail if you're interested.
Jim H.
Sun, Jan 19th 2003
We've got samples of an OEM case we're calling the D8000. Has four 5.25s, two 3.5 exposed, a 5-drive HD rack in the Lower Front, latches on the left side, front USB, and other easy-use features as well. It's available in beige or black, c/w two 120 t-c fans and an AGI 300 AMD/P4 PS coming.
As always, you'll be able to buy with or without a PS, and modified--I'm just sorting out the fan setups and modified packages now.
E-mail if you're interested.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!
One of my New Year's resolutions is to get update this news page much more frequently--and probably move it off the front page as well, to a forum that we'll get running again.
My webmaster is back in town, and the new pages for the PC-610 and AMS cases should be up in a few days. Further, look for a sale link; I have got to move out some of the many sample cases I have looked at.
And, we are getting additional coding done that will address the slow payment on returns, etc.--this has been a real aggravation for all of us, I am sure.
Jim H.
Tue, Oct 8th 2002
Well, it's long past due for an update here--
black PC-610s arrived yesterday. E-mail for pricing and mods details until the pages are up.
AMS's CF-1006and CF-1009 are now in stock. The CF-1009 can have a dual 120 Lower Front, and we're just sorting out the range of mods for these cases. e-mail for details, etc.
Jim H.
Thu, Aug 15th 2002
We're working on the LAN and DSL again today, so e-mail may be disrupted for while this afternoon.
Jim H.
Mon, Jul 15th 2002
After a three-day blowout in our office network, we're back online again. I'll get caught up on e-mail in the next couple of days.
Jim H.
Wed, May 29th 2002
Funny how time flies when we're having fun...here's some new product information:
Enermax 'UC'/manually adjustable fans have been added to our fan line. You can get them in the retail pack or bare and save some money.
The Chenbro PC-610 is in stock, from the 'factory pack' on up. As with our other cases, we've sorted out mods for this case and can provide quiet fan packages as well.
Finally, the SF-201 aluminum case has been selected as our first aluminum case to carry. We've taken the time to sort out the requisite mods--how about 250+ cfm, all with quiet fans?
The reference pages and storefront selection for these cases are just about complete, and should be up on the site soon. For now, e-mail for details.
Jim H.
Sat, Apr 13th 2002
we've sorted out a new JUNIOR mod this week: A 2nd 80 mount in the front, for the chassis with the server door bezel. This should make the case good for dual Xeon mbd CPUs without having to do Chenbro's option.
Jim H.
Tue, Apr 9th 2002
cosmetics are starting to be available:
As soon as we start stocking them, windows are available. Also coming up are wiring harnesses for the fan circuits.
Look for more information on the site, or e-mail me now--
Jim H.
Fri, Apr 5th 2002
PC-610s are in stock. Get it without a PS, stock or modified.
Look for the stock and modified pages in the next few days, and a revised shopping section for the new items coming in...
Jim H.
Mon, Mar 25th 2002
35" silver/transp. sgl. floppy cables arrived today.
Chenbro PC-610s should arrive in about a week.
Jim H>
Mon, Mar 18th 2002
It was good to see resellerratings.com come up again--as soon as I figure out how to edit our company information, I'll add the shipping information, etc.
Now that I've gotten the hang of the online ordering routines, we'll start getting set for a grand opening--with anything from new modification options to new product lines.
Jim H.
Fri, Mar 15th 2002
We're dug out from under yesterday's 12" snowstorm, but the driveway is still impassible for a little while longer.
Late yesterday's and today's fan shipments may not make it out until Saturday a.m.
Jim H.
Tue, Mar 12th 2002
SCSI-LVD cables have been added to the silver/transp. cable sets. We'll add them to the storefront shortly.
look for some new additions in variants over the next several days.
ResellerRatings.com is back and operating. Scott even took the time to update our rating, it appears. If you want to add a comment--good or bad--go do it.
Jim H.
Mon, Mar 4th 2002
...I'm assuming that the month of February, with its winter illnesses that afflicted both of us, was the month in Hell, and that we are back to running normally.
24" ATA133 singles in the silver/transparent cable line have been added. Look for some more cart changes and updates.
Jim H.
Mon, Feb 25th 2002
The creeping crud has not left; I am only working at about a 70% energy level. However, we are staying caught up on the storefront and telephone ordering; it's the e-mail responses I am falling behind on.
On a more pleasant topic, some more storefront file revisions got done over the past few days, and the site is beginning to be more consistent.
Jim H.
Mon, Feb 18th 2002
The creeping crud lasted through Sunday, but I am back at the 'puter today. My apologies for poor e-mail response time, but they will be coming--
Jim H.
Fri, Feb 15th 2002
...and I have had the creeping crud this week. more e-mail coming as I recover here--hack, hack.
The SR10405 bezels came in, but in insufficient quantity to meet the demand. I expect to have more with the next shipment, however.
Jim H.
Wed, Feb 6th 2002
I've been away from the e-mail working in the shop; Mike has/had the flu.
The pictures for the PC-610 are done, and we'll be bringing up the pages for that case as well.
Similarly, it looks like the aluminum case product will be arriving shortly. I'll 'reveal' that one as soon as I have the shipping date sorted out.
Jim H.
Wed, Jan 30th 2002
JUNIOR and GENIEs arrived Monday as expected, and we are catching up on the backorders.
The PC-610 samples show it is a winner for an economical case, and we will be selling it. I'm sorting out the packages we'll offer now and will be shooting pictures for the site over the weekend.
Next project is getting in the aluminum cases I mentioned earlier.
Jim H.
Mon, Jan 21st 2002
More JUNIORs and more GENIEs are on their way, and the GENIE order includes some -05 (Server Door) models.
I will also be getting in a sample order of the Chenbro PC-610, and will sort that out for modifications. If it as good as it looks, this could be the 'cheaper' 120 case we have been waiting for.
Jim H.
Fri, Jan 18th 2002
We'll continue to update the files over this weekend, I think. and, I will be offline here for a bit today while we finish up the Friday afternoon shipping and do some office workstation upgrades.
Enermax -FMA and -FCA PSs should arrive in about four or five days. Look for substantial price increases on these...
and, we're sorting out some more modified variants to put into the storefront.
Jim H.
Fri, Jan 11th 2002
Well, here we are, all dressed up.
See 'about coolcases.com' for a bit more info on the site. And, there will be a lot more proofreading and rewriting to get some stylistic consistency here.
Jim H.
Tue, Jan 8th 2002
If any one knows enough aerodynamic design to help with shaping an HSF fan adapter, please call me at 763-479-6248.
cross your fingers on the site going up in the next couple of days.
Jim H.
Tue, Jan 1st 2002
Happy New Year, everyone.
BTW, the 12" ATA133/sgls arrived late Friday. They're part of the silver / transparent product line.
Jim H.
Wed, Dec 26th 2001
The Holiday is over; I'm back in the office and shop.
I'll be moving back to the DSL connection later this morning, so that may create some delays in e-mail responses, but orders will be processed later today.
a '120 supermidtower' aluminum case should be added to the lineup shortly. Look for more information and details here after I get them on their way.
Jim H.
Sat, Dec 22nd 2001
...Well, the cable modem works well: one speed test just done at 4:00 a.m. says I broke the 4 Mb barrier.
The DSL provider will have to get their act together. I'm lucky to get 440 Kb or so there...
Jim H.
Tue, Dec 18th 2001
A couple of updates here: one, we have samples of a new aluminum 'supermidtower' arriving next week--and if it looks right, I will be jumping on it and developing a full set of performance mods for it.
The holidays have finally closed in on us, and the developer will not be back with the complete site update until about the First. True e-commerce will start then, I guess.
We have completed shipping current orders, and can still get them out this week, although I am not recommending shipment until after Christmas.
We'll stop configuring and shipping Thursday afternoon, I will intermittently do e-mail through the 26th. Configuration and shipping will resume on the 27th.
Jim H.
Fri, Dec 14th 2001
King/Squire: Your e-mail inquires keep getting returned as undeliverable; please come in without an alias and or a bounce.
Further, attempts to call sympatico.ca result in no phone numbers working.
Jim H.
Wed, Dec 5th 2001
I'm working hard on e-mail responses right now, and if you have been waiting to hear from me about a case, now is a good time to e-mail--repeat or initial RFQs.
Jim H.
Mon, Dec 3rd 2001
Sunday evening I burned the CD-ROM for the Developer. Hopefully, we'll see the new site, complete with the storefront, over the next week or so.
The custom configurator may take a little longer to get running.
Jim H.
Tue, Nov 27th 2001
We're on schedule for configuration here, but the snowstorm may slow UPS--we'll have had about 12"-14" of snow here by the time it quits later today.
I'll be doing as much e-mail as possible this morning.
Jim H.
Mon, Nov 26th 2001
The final site photography is nearly done--should be complete late today. Then it's off to the developer, and hopefully a final workover by him...
Jim H.
Thu, Nov 22nd 2001
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.
We'll be working again Friday afternoon.
Jim H.
Wed, Nov 21st 2001
by UPS pickup time today we will have completed all current orders.
I want to thank all of you for your patience while we got caught up, and I'll resume e-mailing.
Jim H.
Fri, Nov 16th 2001
e-mail is running behind while we finish up the backlog today and tomorrow.
Jim H.
Mon, Nov 12th 2001
Juniors have arrived!
The shipment includes both the SR20x03 (GENIE-type) and a limited number of SR20x05 (door/server-type) bezels.
We began shipping B/Os this afternoon, and are still building and shipping the current orders as well.
Jim H.
Tue, Nov 6th 2001
Juniors are on their way here, finally! The shipment should include both the SR20x03 (GENIE-type) and SR20x05 (door/server-type) bezels. They should be in about next Monday, I think...
My apologies for the poor e-mailing. The warm weather of the last four days here in MN has necessitated time away to do some last minute outside cleanup. Inside, we had some bookkeeping to do, and I have been updating the text catalog.
The really good news, however, is that the site work is progressing. Look for some changes in a few days.
Jim H.
Tue, Oct 30th 2001
Some shipping was delayed the last couple of days when we discovered our next carton of FG90s were the wrong ones. The correct ones should arrive today, so we'll be sending a bunch of completed orders out.
Jim H.
Tue, Oct 23rd 2001
The e-mail problems seem to be solved.
Still having trouble reaching Chenbro to check on the JUNIOR order, but that should be resolved soon--today, I hope.
QUOTE OF THE DAY: Speed shops don't do painting.
Jim H.
Tue, Oct 2nd 2001
1.I'm still experiencing intermittent connections to my e-mail.
2. On a more positive note, the samples of an aluminum case we're considering stocking will arrive here later this week. If they turn out to be satisfactory, look for a new product line soon...
3. JUNIORs will be back in stock shortly.
Jim H.
Mon, Sep 24th 2001
1.I'm experiencing intermittent connections to my e-mail--e.g., maybe part of the worm issues; other times it works flawlessly.
That's partially why e-mail responses are intermittent and erratic right now.
2. The new load of GENIEs should arrive tomorrow. JUNIORs are supposed to arrive in CA about the 26th, and I should have the new load of them in about ten days after that, I think.
Jim H.
Fri, Sep 14th 2001
It's Friday a.m., and I am back at the desk. After work Tuesday, I left on a short trip to attend a wedding some 600 miles away on Wednesday. I returned Thursday.
This trip, to a close friend's wedding, was colored by the terrorist events of the last few days as well. Take time today (Friday) to observer those national remembrances.
I will be catching up on e-mail and phone messages today and through the weekend.
Jim H.
Tue, Sep 4th 2001
We're back at e-mail after working most of the weekend on bookkeeping and on the site--I'll try to get the e-mail caught up in the next two-three days.
Jim H.
Thu, Aug 23rd 2001
HOW SWEET IT IS AT 512! I may be offline intermittently, while I move the whole network over--
Jim H.
Fri, Aug 17th 2001
We are staying even with configuration and shipping, but my e-mail responses will be erratic the next few days while I try to finish up my part of the site work.
Jim H.
Fri, Aug 3rd 2001
Chenbro is putting up a new site; here's the link to it:
http://www.chenbro.com.tw/products/server.asp
Jim H.
Sun, Jul 29th 2001
If you have stumbled into the custom configurator page in a search engine, please e-mail me with a duplicate copy of your submission.
That page is up there for our beta testing, and right now the e-mails are not being forwarded to me.
Jim H.
Sat, Jul 28th 2001
Couple of things here:
1. We have gotten it sorted out how to do a decent dual HD90 conversion for the GENIE. I'll be working that in to the GENIE's mods list now.
2. JUNIORs are now O/S until next month's load arrives from Taiwan. Maybe by the 15th?
3. Does anyone know of a novelty distributor where I can buy miniature antennas and racoon tails?
Jim H.
Mon, Jul 16th 2001
If you have a JMC 120 backordered with us, please e-mail--I want to double check our backorder list. These are starting to go out tomorrow, BTW.
Jim H.
Tue, Jul 10th 2001
My god, it really is happening--the JMC120Ls are leaving the distributor today or tomorrow, so they will be here early next week.
Jim H.
Fri, Jun 29th 2001
We'll have two Thunder K7s here in about ten days, so testing a JUNIOR and GENIE dual-Athlon package will happen shortly after that.
Jim H.
Thu, Jun 28th 2001
1. The mATX test system components came in yesterday, so we'll build that up shortly.
2. We have figured out a different mod for the JUNIOR/Enermax problem, so JUNIORs will again be available with Enermax PSs.
3. The NMB 460s just arrived, so we can build dual-Athlon cases from the JUNIOR OR from the GENIE.
Once more, one of my apologies for poor responsiveness to e-mail--but bear with us: The HTML catalog is nearing completion, the custom configurator for modified cases will be beta-tested over the next few days, and the site map shows that we are nearing completion of the major areas.
A storefront is being selected, and I am getting to the CC transaction contract in the next few days as well.
Jim H.
Thu, Jun 21st 2001
Good news--
1. All JUNIOR Mbd. trays are the same in the new shipment--i.e., they are P4 and dual-Athlon punched.
2. The new GENIE Mbd. trays are virtually identical to the Juniors--maybe you'll need a nylon standoff or two instead of a stud.
Therefore, I'm trying to get more NMB460 PSs now, and also a dual Athlon Mbd. for further testing.
Jim H.
Mon, Jun 18th 2001
We have a limited supply of the JUNIOR-A2031/NMB460--that's the dual Athlon setup, AMD-approved.
Most of the FS020 and GENIE orders will be caught up by today or tomorrow. Late Friday I was also told the JMC120L backorders are still about ten days out.
Finally, good progress is being made on the site photos and site.
Jim H.
Thu, Jun 14th 2001
OK, several of you really did your homework. I've the links for motherboards. So here's a survey:
1) Would you buy a good quality mATX case with a setup like this: 120 punch/P120L1A intake, P80 Exhaust, Enermax 365, possibly a carrying handle? Not cheap--probably over $130.00.
2) Would you buy a complete system, assuming it is at competitive prices?
Please use subject line "mATX case survey" and the only message should be "1. yes/no and 2. yes/no" --and if any one doesn't specify yes OR no, I'll take you out of the running for the giveaway..
Jim H.
Thu, Jun 14th 2001
Who knows of a mATX (micro ATX) AMD motherboard with an AGP slot? e-mail me ASAP...
I may have found the ideal mATX case--in other words, a perfect LAN party case.
Jim H.
Tue, Jun 12th 2001
GENIEs, JUNIORs, and FS020s arrived this a.m.--we're bringing them in now and will start filling back orders this afternoon.
Jim H.
Sat, Jun 9th 2001
The new catalog is done and will be PDF'd shortly, and we'll do an HTML version with some graphics in it in the near future.
GENIEs, JUNIORs, and FS020s will be back in stock next week, and I'll start doing new orders now.
Jim H.
Sun, Jun 3rd 2001
I am back at work--look for e-mail responses starting tonight and Monday.
Jim H.
Wed, May 30th 2001
I'm away from the e-mail until Saturday noon or so...off to a college graduation.
We shipped yesterday, and will work and ship today. I'll finish catching up on e-mail over the weekend.
Jim H.
Sun, May 20th 2001
The new catalog revision is about 99% complete. After I proofread it, we'll get the PDF file done. It's about six pages longer, and there is a comprehensive list of mods for each case.
An Addtronics load came in last week, and a Chenbro load will arrive shortly. Lite-On cases are right behind. Now, if those J120Ls will just come in....
The catalog came out of a big push this weekend, so I'll resume e-mails shortly.
Jim H.
Fri, May 4th 2001
We're "ramping back up" on the configura-tion and shipping now. While there is still some shelf organization to be done, we should be working normally from now on.
I'll work on the e-mail catchup over the weekend.
Jim H.
Wed, May 2nd 2001
Noon--Both benches are installed, and we are resuming configuration and shipping as soon as a little more organization is done.
I'll be churning into the e-mail tonight and try to get the correspondance caught up.
Jim H.
Mon, Apr 30th 2001
We tore down the shelving today and moved. Tomorrow the new workbenches will be assembled and we will continue moving back in.
With a bit of luck, configuration and shipping will resume on Wednesday, with things back to normal by Thursday.
Mon, Apr 23rd 2001
Over the weekend we expanded the storage space, and today we took some time to set up the new shelving.
We still have the original workbenches in place, so configuration and shipping is proceeding normally with little interruption.
I am also back to hammering hard at the e-mail, so if you have not heard from me, look for a response in within the next 48 hours.
Jim H.
Sat, Apr 14th 2001
We're in the new office--furniture in place, and the ISDN/Network, phones and FAX work
The storage, workbench, and configuration workspace changes will start next week, so we'll be shipping normally until further notice.
Jim H.
Fri, Apr 13th 2001
We have started to move the office so that we can double the configuration space.
We'll see how the ISDN connection works in a little while--the phones will still be ok for the moment.
Jim H.
Wed, Apr 11th 2001
If you haven't heard from me and you e-mailed before April 1, e-mail me again now.
I am making good progress on responses now, but I am suspicious about how many of my responses (and your incoming)may have gone into the ether.
The 3HD hangers and casters arrived today, so those backorders will leave shortly.
Jim H.
Sat, Apr 7th 2001
After some unexpected time away from the office/bench Thursday and Friday, I am in all day and there are three of us working today.
I also figured out that in the past week or so I have had some e-mail responses lost in the ether--so by the end of Monday I will try to make sure that I am all caught up with e-mail on current orders as well as the current ones coming in.
Jim H.
Sat, Mar 31st 2001
We had a erratic work schedule this week, so some orders are not being made up 'til today. And, Effective today, JUNIORs will NOT have an Enermax PS option.
We simply have not gotten a good routine sorted out for modifying the new case's PS tray to accept the Enermax 'bottom' fan. I recommend you use the SPI350 instead--not quite as quiet, but not terrible, either.
I remain behind on e-mail--to be honest, I am swamped. However, the developer and programmers are at work as we speak on a basic storefront. This will allow the ordering of Basic cases and upgrades that require no modifications. Modified cases will remain by e-mail.
Bear with us while we grow up a bit here--
Sat, Mar 24th 2001
The ENERMAX shipment arrived late Friday.
Of course, what I ordered and what they shipped are two different lists...but it's not really a big problem.
For those of you with orders pending this shipment arrival, look for an e-mail from me today. We do have all these orders done and just awaiting the arrival of these PSs so they can leave on Monday....
Fri, Mar 23rd 2001
Egad, I forgot to update earlier this week.
We continue to run behind on e-mail, but configuration and shipping remains caught up.
I am also at work on a PDF text catalog update until the site storefront is put in place. That should show up within the next week.
Jim H.
Mon, Mar 12th 2001
We are now working at the normal turnaround time of two to four days. The e-mail continues to run behind (I was sick over the weekend), but if you e-mailed in, you should be hearing from me shortly.
A new mod has been sorted out for the GENIE--we can now do a PS 'flip' for the Enermax PSs to place the fan next to the HD cage, and the right side of the HD cage can be opened up to further help cooling the HDs.
Jim H.

The backlog is gone as of tomorrow.
However, Enermax PSs are about gone, and the new ones won't be in 'til perhaps the 20th.

CONFIGURATION AND SHIPPING IS DOWN TO ABOUT A THREE-DAY BACKLOG--Finally!
We again worked over the weekend. Two new workers are being trained in as well, and the full impact of more productivity should be felt within two weeks.
For now, consider the normal turnaround time to be about five business days.
I'll begin answering more e-mail later today, and try to get caught up in the next three days.

We'll still working primarily on configuration and packing, but it looks like a realistic backlog right now will continue to be five to seven days.
Thanks for your patience with my slow e-mail responses; as soon as a bit more training gets done, we should be able to raise output.

We're making every attempt to get ALL orders out by Friday and/or Monday to get caught up to a normal three-day backlog.
E-mail responses will be intermittent; bear with us while we do this.

The Addtronics cases arrived Monday, and the Chenbro order arrived Tuesday. We'll start working on the GENIE backorders tomorrow....

As of Friday evening, Chenbro advises me the GENIES should be here Tuesday. Cross your fingers...we'll start configuring and shipping as soon as they warm up from the truck ride.

We're getting the backlog of order configured and done, and I will be responding more frequently to e-mail over the next couple of days.
Other news--more Panaflo fan models available, and at lower prices now--I'll be doing a PDF file on them shortly and have John put up a link for just that information.

OK, e-mail is back up speed, almost. And my goal is to get another six cases done for shipping by pickup time Monday afternoon.
BTW, Panaflo prices are coming down--but the P120L1A shortage may be a real headache.
GENIES are now O/S, but the new shipment is due in on Friday 2/9 or Monday 2/12. Because configuration and shipping is really running about one week behind, I am NOT doing B/Os with deposit, but just taking orders to get people into the queue.
And, I am working on developing a couple of new products that ought to excite us case geeks--but no more comment on that now.

E-mail response is sagging a bit as we push to get the configuration and shipping caught up to three days or so behind.
Other news: It appears that there will be a shortage of P120L1As developing in the near future, and I am working on how to deal best with this problem.

The e-mail is caught up, but the death in a close friend's family set back configuring and shipping on Thursday and Friday. We're working over the weekend to get caught up as far as we can.
Look for a rant in the forum column shortly--how many of you have heard the rumors about the P4 motherboard mods revision TWO?
Supposedly due 3Q '01....

The e-mail is all caught up, except for some on-going discussions NOT about cases.
However, we are still running about four-five days behind in configuration and shipping--lots of orders came in the last 36 hours.

OK, the ISP is re-connected now, and I've got all current e-mail--running about 36-48 hours behind.

Jim cannot access the internet due to a change in the local area code, so he may not be able to answer e-mails for a while.

Link to catalog fixed. Also background forced to be white. Thanks for the feedback about the site!
I think the next step is a forum, before we tackle the custom case configurator...
